		<description>I hope there&#039;s a good balance with this, but usually there&#039;s a better market with those who have more disposable income. It defies logic to target those that have less of it. Even when you do, it&#039;s a moral hazard because it is further encouragement for those who have less to buy more, making them more entrenched in a materialistic mentality that may be unsustainable. That equates to debt and implicates why we are so behind on big mortgage payments and credit card bills. Be wary of perpetuating bad cultural trends.</description>
